5. In the event of motherboard refunds/returns or lacking proof of valid purchase, GIGABYTE will reclaim the full value of the game if the game code was already issued.

Promotion Terms and Conditions:

Subject to the below Terms and Conditions you will be eligible to receive a Far Cry 5 Standard Edition PC game key.

1. This Promotion is only open to residents of Philippines

2. The game Far Cry 5 has been classified USK 18 and PEGI 18. This means for residents of certain countries listed above to enter this promotion, you must be over 18 years of age to be eligible. Those residing in such countries and not over 18 years of age may not participate and will not receive the Far Cry 5 PC game key, even if all other registration terms and conditions have been met.

3. This promotion is valid on new purchases from resellers of the GA-AX370-GAMING, GA-AX370-GAMING-3, GA-AX370-GAMING-5, GA-AX370-GAMING-K3, GA-AX370-GAMING-K7, GA-X399-AORUS-GAMING-7, GA-X470-AORUS-ULTRA-GAMING, GA-X470-AORUS-GAMING-5-WIFI, GA-X470-AORUS-GAMING-7-WIFI motherboards made during the promotional period: May 1st tiil May 31th 2018, or until all keys for the Far Cry 5 game are depleted. A maximum of only one claim per person is allowed during the promotional period.

5. After completing the registration procedure and once confirmation of successful registration from GIGABYTE has been received, you will acquire the right to receive the appropriate Far Cry 5 PC Standard Edition game key. GIGABYTE will send the Far Cry 5 PC game key to you via e-mail within 30 working days from GIGABYTE’s official validation of the claim.6. Completed registrations will still be accepted by GIGABYTE until July 5th of 2018. All registrations that are made after this date will not be accepted and are not considered valid.

7. The number of Far Cry 5 PC Standard Edition game keys allocated for this promotion is limited to one per person. You cannot register multiple boards using the same name, email address or address. All buyers who exceed this limit with their registration will be informed immediately by email.

8. Customer will not be able to claim game keys on purchases that have been canceled or items you have returned. GIGABYTE reserves the right to claim back or charge any parties the cost of the game key if the associated motherboard is returned and or refunded.

a. To submit a claim you must fill in and submit the official registration form at farcry5.aorus.com within 30 days from the original purchase date of the appropriate GIGABYTE AORUS motherboard. GIGABYTE considers the date of dispatch to count as day one of the purchase date and registration period. Once the claim has been received by GIGABYTE, it will be screened for validity to ensure that the transaction made is a genuine purchase. The outcome of your claim will be communicated to the relevant parties by e-mail within 30 working days from the registration

b. If an incomplete claim or invalid proof of purchase is received, a notification email will be sent to the relevant parties with the opportunity to provide the required information within 14 working days of the notification email. If no reply is received within the 14 working day period, the claim and registration will be deemed invalid and will be rejected. GIGABYTE reserves the right to reject incomplete, altered, illegible or false claims.

9. This offer applies to the end user customer only. No purchases on behalf of any business will be accepted. GIGABYTE employees, employees from GIGABYTE affiliate and/or partner or cooperating companies and agencies, dealers, distributors and their employees are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

10. GIGABYTE reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.

11. GIGABYTE is authorized to exclude the customer from the participation in this promotion without notice under the following conditions:
- In any case of manipulation in relation to the registration
- In case of multiple applications of a serial number
- When the deadline for submission of the data has been exceeded

12. The monetary value the Far Cry 5 PC game key is not redeemable for cash. A reissuance in case of loss is not possible.

13. The game key you would receive can be activated only on your personal Uplay account. Gigabyte is not affiliated with Uplay and is not responsible for any technical/access issues you may have on your Uplay account. If there is a problem with the key, please contact Ubisoft customer service.
